Who We Are

JAMES BOSLOUGH, MD, FACEP, is a board-certified emergency physician who has practiced for more than twenty years. He grew up in Denver and is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of Colorado School of Medicine. In the 1980s after completing his emergency medicine residency at Denver General Hospital, where he was chief resident, Dr. Boslough joined the staff at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, Montana, where he continues to work.

RICK LUBKEMAN has been a paramedic and flight paramedic with the medical flight team at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings. He started and operated his own ambulance company in Billings, which he subsequently sold to American Medical Response. He then joined Medcor, an occupational health care company that provides health care for Safeway Foods, Amazon.com, FMC and other Fortune 500 corporations throughout the United States. As one of the top national account managers at Medcor, he helped build the company into a nationally recognized enterprise. Mr. Lubkeman now works full time as the COO of J & R Enterprises, Inc.
NEURO 7 was developed jointly by Dr. Boslough and Mr. Lubkeman from an idea originally proposed by Dr. Boslough. After building a variety of prototypes, the two refined the design and functionality of the Neuro 7 drawing on Mr. Lubkeman's tool-and-die expertise and valuable feedback from numerous medical professionals. With rave reviews from practitioners in the U.S. and Europe, they formed J & R Enterprises, Inc. in 2005 and began manufacturing the Neuro 7 for the global market in 2008.
